PEAR AND CRANBERRY CRISP

Pear and Cranberry Crisp

 


INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Time: 35
  • 3 pears, cubed
  • 1 c cranberries
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c quick-cooking oats
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter

DIRECTIONS

Combine pears, cranberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Add to a shallow baking dish.


Mix brown sugar, oats, flour and butter. Sprinkle over pear dish.


Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 25 minutes
