A bunch of cilantro
2 cloves of garlic
1 red chile
Juice of 1 or 2 lemons
If time is a big problem you whizz all ingredients in a blender!
However it is better to chop each item and mix together with salt and lemon juice, only adding the oil at the last minute before serving.
If the chile is not as picante as you like you can add some extra aji (chili sauce).
