- 1 Lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 C. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 T. butter
- 1/3 C. burgundy
- Mix meat, seasonings and pecans.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Brown on both sides in hot butter.
- Add burgundy wine, cover pan and simmer for 5 min.
- serve as desired.
