Pecan Burgundy Burgers

 


INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Time: 5-10 min.
  • Servings: 4
  • Preparation Time: 5
  • 1 Lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 C. coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1/3 C. burgundy

DIRECTIONS

Mix meat, seasonings and pecans.


Shape into 4 patties.


Brown on both sides in hot butter.


Add burgundy wine, cover pan and simmer for 5 min.


serve as desired.
