PECAN BURGUNDY BURGERS

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 C. coarsely chopped pecans
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1/3 C. burgundy

Directions

  • Mix meat, seasonings and pecans.
  • Shape into 4 patties.
  • Brown on both sides in hot butter.
  • Add burgundy wine, cover pan and simmer for 5 min.
  • serve as desired.
