- 1 lb butter, room temp
- 1 cup pecans chopped and toasted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients together the night before and let butter firm up in fridge overnight.
Let come to room temp before serving.
Perfect on fresh biscuits or buttermilk scones. But we also enjoyed in on cinnamon raisin toast.
