1 egg white
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups pecan halves
Beat egg white till stiff...slowly add brown sugar and vanilla.
Fold in pecans. Stir till evenly coated.
Place each pecan half on a well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250' F for 30 minutes.
Turn off oven and leave in for another 30 minutes.
