- 1 egg white
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups pecan halves
- Beat egg white till stiff...slowly add brown sugar and vanilla.
- Fold in pecans. Stir till evenly coated.
- Place each pecan half on a well greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250' F for 30 minutes.
- Turn off oven and leave in for another 30 minutes.
