PECAN NUT CUPS

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1 c. flour
  • Filling:
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. broken pecans

Directions

  • Chill crust 1 h
  • Shape into 2 dozen 1 in balls, and press into 1 in muffin tins
  • Mix filling ingredients together and fill crust about 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 325F for 25 min.
