Pecan Pie

Serves 8 | Prep Time 10-15 | Cook Time 60

Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
1 cup white or brown sugar
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecan halves
Pastry shell (homemade or store-bought)


Beat eggs and sugar until thick; add Karo, pecans, and vanilla. Pour into 9" pastry shell. Additional nuts may be sprinkled over the filling. Bake in a 300° oven for 1 hour.
