PECAN PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 (9") pastry shell
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup melted butter (or oleo)
  • 1 cup pecan havles

Directions

  • Prepare pastry shell.
  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In bowl mix eggs, sugar, corn syrup, melted butter and blend well.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Pour into pastr shell and bake for 50-55 minutes or until knife comes our clean in center.
  • Serve warm.
