Pecan Pie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (9") pastry shell
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup melted butter (or oleo)
  • 1 cup pecan havles

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pastry shell.


Heat oven to 350 degrees.


In bowl mix eggs, sugar, corn syrup, melted butter and blend well.


Stir in pecans.


Pour into pastr shell and bake for 50-55 minutes or until knife comes our clean in center.


Serve warm.
