- 1 (9") pastry shell
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup melted butter (or oleo)
- 1 cup pecan havles
- Prepare pastry shell.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In bowl mix eggs, sugar, corn syrup, melted butter and blend well.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour into pastr shell and bake for 50-55 minutes or until knife comes our clean in center.
- Serve warm.
