Pecan Praline Chicken
2 lbs white meat chicken tenderloins
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1 cup brown sugar
1 stick of butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dark caro syrup
1/3 cup chopped pecans
melt butter , brown sugar, and caro syrup in a saucepan
cook on a low boil until mixture reaches a soft ball stage
slice chicken tenderloins into medallions season with listed seasonings and dust with flour.
dip in egg and mill mixture, then dip into season flour mixture again.
fry in oil until golden brown
plate chicken, pour praline sauce over fried chicken and dust with chopped pecans
