Peg Currie's Chocolate Chip Cake

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 30 minutes
- Servings: 12
- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 6 T butter or margarine, room temperature
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 and 1/3 c flour
- 1 and 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 t soda
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 c sour cream
- 6 oz chocolate chips (1/2 of a bag)
- 2T coarse (or regular) sugar
DIRECTIONS
Cream butter (or margarine) and sugar
Beat in eggs one at a time
Stir dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture
Stir in sour cream
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan
Scatter chips over top
Sprinkle with sugar
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
