PEKING PORK CHOPS
Peking Pork Chops
I serve this recipe over brown rice. You can serve it over rice or noodles.
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 4 - 6
- 4 - 6 pork chops
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic
DIRECTIONS
Mix brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, ketchup and garlic together.
Place pork chops into crock pot.
Pour mixture over pork chops.
Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
