PEKING PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic

Directions

  • Mix brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, ketchup and garlic together.
  • Place pork chops into crock pot.
  • Pour mixture over pork chops.
  • Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.

Notes

I serve this recipe over brown rice. You can serve it over rice or noodles.
