- 1 stick margarine
- ½ c. peanut butter
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 9 c. Rice Chex (Crispix)
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- Melt and stir margarine, peanut butter, and chocolate chips (microwave or stovetop). Pour over Rice Chex and stir to coat. Cool until tacky. Place powdered sugar in large bowl. Add the Rice Chex mixture to the sugar and shake to coat. Store in airtight container.
