1 1/2 cups sweet red pepper, diced finely
1 1/2 cups sweet green peppers, diced finely
3 jalepeneo peppers, diced finely
(all above need to be seeded)
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
6 cups sugar
1 bottle certo
Stir all of above except certo in pot and bring to a boil.
Boil gently for 6 minutes and add certo.
Remove from heat and stir for 5 minutes so pepers do not rise to the top.
Pairs Well With
I made this years ago and it goes great on crackers of any kind but I like it on Ritz.
You can use only red peppers or only green peppers and add food colouring. It does not change the flavour.
Should make between 5 and 7 bottles.
