Pepper Pecans

Serves 8 cups | Prep Time 10 | Cook Time 55

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 egg white
2 1/2 T. water
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
8 c. (1 1/2 - 2 lbs.) pecans


Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Add pecans; stir


until evenly coated.


Spread pecans in a greased 15 x 10 x 1" jellyroll pan. Bake at 275 degrees


for 50-55 mins. Remove to waxed paper while still warm; cool. Store in an


airtight container.
