1 ½ - 2 lb round steak cut in ½’ thick strips, coat in flour
Brown the round steak and season with salt and pepper.
2 lg green peppers cut in strips
1 can tomato sauce
Onion salt to taste
Garlic salt to taste
½ T Kitchen Bouquet
1T Worcestershire sauce
Add to meat and simmer until meat is tender, about 30 minutes.
Serve with white rice.
