PEPPERJACK SALSA RICE

- 3 cups Instant white rice, cooked
- 1 large jar salsa
- 1 bag shredded pepperjack cheese
- Combine cooked rice with the salsa and cheese. Spoon mixture into a baking pan and spread evenly. Place 4 or 5 pats of butter or margarine around the top of the rice mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
