PEPPERMINT BARK

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs white chocolate
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candy canes
  • peppermint extract (optional)

Directions

  • Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, add the crushed candy canes. You can put them in a plastic bag and take a hammer to the bag if you want.
  • Add the extract if you choose so. Put the mixture in a parchment layered cookie sheet. Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes. Pull out and break into pieces.
