Peppermint Candy Ice Cream Pie
Chocolate cookie crust
1 quart vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1 package peppermint candy
½ pint whipping cream
1. Pre-bake the crust.
2. Several hours ahead, freeze candy so it won’t stick together when being crushed.
3. Mix slightly softened ice cream with crushed candy and put into shell; freeze.
4. Top servings with whipped cream and chocolate sauce
