2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp peppermint extract
1/2 cup light cream cheese
1 bag of peppermint candies (finely crushed.)
In a small bowl, mix the light cream cheese with the two cups of powdered sugar, until smooth and creamy.
Slowly mix peppermint extract and candies Mix until well combined. (Refrigerate until firm enough to frost.)
Decorate!: Any way you want it to. I prefer to add a swirl with the frosting and garnish with peppermint candies on top.
