Pepperoni Cheese Ball
1 pkg pepperonis chopped
2 pkgs cream cheese softened
1/4 C mayo
1/4 C parmesean cheese
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup sliced pepperoncinis for garnish (optional)
Mix all ingredients together; chill for 24 hours for best flavor but may be served earlier.
Form into a ball and serve with snack crackers. Place the pepperoncini slices on plate around the cheese ball if desired.
I save some of the pepperonis before I chop them and trim them to about a one inch circles to garnish the cheese ball.
