1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. grd. pepper
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
In a blender mix ingredients until blended.
Makes 3/4 cup
Use lime juice insead of wine vinegar. Add 1 1/2 tsp. peeled and grated fresh gingerrroot and 2 tsp. honey to ingredients before blending.
Use fresh orange juice instead of wine vinegar. Add 2 tbsp. fresh or thawed frozen cranberries to ingedients before blending.
Use balsamic vinegar instead of wine vinegar. Add 1 large clove garlic and 1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley to ingredients before blending.
Add 3/4 cup tomato juice, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. parsley, 1 tsp. basil,1/2 tsp. oregano and salt and pepper to taste to ingredients before blending.
