1 garlic scape (or garlic clove)
1 pinch of sea salt
1 bunch of parsley
60g of almonds (optional)
100 ml olive oil
In a food processor, add garlic and salt. Add parsley and almonds. Blend a few times. Drizzle in the oil as you mix.

This is a basically parsley pesto. You can add to pretty much anything to add a nice fresh taste to your favorite meals: pasta, potatoes, rice... and omelet and meats for the non-vegans. You can also freeze in in ice cube trays that you cover with a bit of olive oil. When frozen, you can put all the frozen cubes in a freezer ziplock bag or container.
