Ingredients

  • 1 whole pineapple, cut in wedges or 1 14 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 hot red pepper, diagonally sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons gula djawa (palm sugar)

Directions

  • Heat oil in a skillet and fry onion and red pepper for 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
