PI PIZZA - ENGLISH

Ingredients

  • Pasta - 5 people (for 1 people divide by 5)
  • 1 kg flour
  • 0.6 l water (extra: 5 part water 6 part beer)
  • half yeast
  • 1 dl olive oil (extra: spice oil)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 egg
  • Oregano
  • Tomato spice (dry tomato, or something simillar)
  • 300 g cheese (mozarella) cutted for very small part
  • Basil
  • Dry Onion
  • Tomato core
  • Tomato souce
  • Easy
  • Evaporated tomato
  • Olive oil

Directions

  • Making the pasta
  • Mix the pasta ingredients.
  • Give the water carefully. Do not make it very liquid.
  • Mix it and knead.
  • Make a half hard pasta. The paste should not adhere.
  • Put some flour on the top.
  • Close it into a warm place (put in the bed)
  • Wait 1 hour
  • Draw aside by hand the pasta to be slimm.
  • Put on it the pizza souce and cheese and other things you like.
  • Put it into a warm (200-220 celsius) oven
  • Wait for the pasta is golden brown.

  • Some evaporated tomato needs to make warm or cooking.
  • Mix all souce ingredients.
  • Put the water and oil and mix it.
  • Be carefull, do not make too liquid.

Notes

This is my pizza pasta and sauce based on Sancho's pizza recipe and Univer pizza souce.

After you created it you can put on it what you like (pepperoni, moshroom, salami, etc...)
