Pickled English Cucumber Salad
2 cups apple cider vinegar
2 TBSP agave syrup
1 TBSP ginger peeled and grated
salt to taste
2 english cucumbers sliced finely with peel
1 white onion sliced finely in wedges
In bowl mix vinegar, agave syrup, ginger and salt.
Add cucumbers, onions and mix.
Pickle overnight or eat fresh.
