PICO DE GALLO

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs diced onion
  • 2 cups tomatoes chopped into 1/4in cubes
  • 2 serrano chiles .
  • 2 Tbs finely chopped cilantro (fresh is important)
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4cup Mexican beer
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lime, juiced

Directions

  • Put onion in strainer and rinse with hot water and drain. Combine ingredients and mix well. Let refrigerate for 30+minutes
