PIE CRUST THAT NEVER FAILS

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Mix well till small like peas.
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons ice water
  • Beat until well mixed then add to four mix
  • and roll out

  • Make as directed above
