PIEROGI DOUGH
INGREDIENTS
- 4-5 c. flour
- 4 tbl vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbl salt
- warm water
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients. Add enough warm water to create a smooth blended dough. Knead and roll out dough. Add favorite fillings and boil with a bit of oil until pierogi floats.
