Pierogi Dough

Ingredients

4-5 c. flour
4 tbl vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tbl salt
warm water


Mix all ingredients. Add enough warm water to create a smooth blended dough. Knead and roll out dough. Add favorite fillings and boil with a bit of oil until pierogi floats.
