Pineapple Baked Chicken
3/4 c. (8 3/4 oz. can) drained, crushed pineapple
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. soy sauce
Mix all ingredients well, together.
Bake 6 to 8 chicken parts.
Season to taste; salt, pepper, garlic powder and 1 stick butter.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in oven at 350 degrees. Drain off 3/4 of drippings.
Pour glaze over chicken and bake another 30 to 40 minutes.
Baste occasionally, until deep golden brown and tender.
