"This is a pineapple cake recipe in which we are using pineapple."

Why I Love This Recipe

It is very yummy and delicious recipe. Try this recipe at home and enjoy with your friends and family.


Ingredients You'll Need

FOR SPONGE CAKE:
4 eggs.
Caster sugar half cup.
Plain flour 1 cup.
Baking powder 1tsp.
Hot water 2 tbsp.

FOR ICING:
Pineapple tin.
Fresh cream.
Icing sugar.


Directions

Beat eggs until firm then add slowly slowly caster sugar and beat.


Add hot water then add plain flour+baking powder and fold it nicely.


Bake it on 180 C for about 20 mins.



FOR ICING:


When cake is cool down.


Cut the cake in 2 pieces and pour some pineapple juice on it put some whipped cream and pineapple chunks and decorate it as you wish.


Pineapple Cake is ready to serve.
