PINEAPPLE CAKE
Pineapple Cake
I live in a small rural town that is full of wonderful cooks. This recipe was given to me by one of them.
This recipe goes with: Coconut Icing
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can crushed pineapple (1 lb, 4 oz)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients lightly together with a spoon and bake in a 13x9 floured and greased pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
