PINEAPPLE CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple (1 lb, 4 oz)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients lightly together with a spoon and bake in a 13x9 floured and greased pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
