Why I Love This Recipe

Frances first tasted this dish at a LeadAR seminar in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Kelly and Jason have brought it to nearly every school function!


Ingredients You'll Need

2/3 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Flour
2 (20 ounce) Cans of Pineapple Chunks, Drained (reserve 1/3 cup juice)
2 Cups Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
1 Stick Butter, Melted
1 Cup Crushed Ritz Crackers


Directions

Combine sugar and flour.


Stir in 1/3 cup reserved pineapple juice.


Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mix well.


Spoon mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch backing dish.


Combine butter and cracker crumbs.


Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.


Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.


Best served warm, but okay cold.
