Pineapple Cheese Ball
2 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 5 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped purple onion
2 cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp seasoned salt
Allow cream cheese to soften, mix cream cheese, drained pineapple, bell pepper, onion, and one cup of chopped pecans.
Form into ball or log and roll in remaining one cup chopped pecans.
Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight before serving.
Serve with crackers of your choice.
