Pineapple Cheesecake II
1 cup flour
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients and pat crust in bottom and partially up the sides of a 9 by 13 inch pan.
1 can ( 20 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
Spoon pineapple evenly on top of the crust in pan.
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
8 heaping tablespoons sugar
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine all ingredients for filling and place on top of pineapple. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake at 350* for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center tests done.
