Pineapple Chiffon Pie

Ingredients

14 Graham crackers
6 T powered sugar
1/2 C butter
4 eggs
1 C crushed pineapple
1/2 C sugar
1/2 pkg. lemon jello


Crush graham crackers; combine with powdered sugar and butter. 2. Mix well and place half mixture in pie pan. 3. Combine egg yolks, pineapple and 1/4 C sugar. 4. Cook in double broiler until slightly thick. 5. Add lemon jello and cool. 6. Beat egg whites stiff, add rest of sugar, fold into cooked mixture. 7. Put in crust. 8. Sprinkle remaining graham cracker mixture on top.
