PINEAPPLE COLE SLAW

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces shredded cabbage
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Combine cabbage, carrot, crushed pineapple, and raisins in a bowl. Stir together mayo, juice, sugar and salt. Pour over mixture and chill for about 1 hour.

Not sure where this one came from but it's good.
