- 8 ounces shredded cabbage
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Combine cabbage, carrot, crushed pineapple, and raisins in a bowl. Stir together mayo, juice, sugar and salt. Pour over mixture and chill for about 1 hour.
