INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Time: 12-15
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 c. shortening
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    •

DIRECTIONS

Mix ingredients in the order given. Drop by heaping teaspoons on ungreased baking sheets about 2" apart. Bake about 12-15 minutes in a moderate oven-350 degrees F.
