- 1 C. shortening
- 1 C. granulated sugar
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 C. chopped pecans
- 1 t. soda
- 4 C. flour
- Cream sugars and shortening. Add eggs and pineapple. Blend. Add vanilla, pecans, and soda. Add flour gradually. Bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees.
