• 12 ounces fat free cool whip
• 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
• 1 (small) package sugar free strawberry flavored gelatin mix

It is only 1 point for 1 cup. alot of different ways to fix this stuff, use a different flavor jello each time.
