  • 115g butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 450g icing sugar
  • 60ml milk
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon pineapple extract or 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • few drops of yellow food colouring
