PINEAPPLE HAM GLAZE

Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tblsp. cornstarch
  • 1-8oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1-1/2 Tblsp. (fresh) lemon juice
  • 1 Tblsp. prepared mustard

Directions

  • Pineapple Ham Glaze
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tblsp. cornstarch
  • 1-8oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1-1/2 Tblsp. (fresh) lemon juice
  • 1 Tblsp. prepared mustard
  • In a med. saucepan mix together
  • brown sugar, salt and cornstarch.
  • Add pineapple, lemon juice and mustard.
  • Heat to boiling, reduce heat and cook for
  • 5-10 minutes until thickened.
