Ingredients

  • 1 small onion cut in small dice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can yellow corn, drained
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup pineapple cut in small dice
  • ½ red bell pepper cut in small dice
  • ½ green bell pepper, cut in small dice
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded, cut in small dice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
