Pineapple sparerib sauce
A great overall cooking sauce, it is also really good with chicken. My great aunt Alice came up with this one, and I have not changed it much.

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 30
- Servings: varies on use

- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c sherry
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1/2 c catsup
- 1 can 8oz crushed pineapple
- 1 T roasted garlic
- 1 t salt
DIRECTIONS
combine all ingredients and cook for about 30 minutes, covered in saucepan.
Use this sauce to bake chicken or spareribs directly in it, I usually put in casserole dish covered for 30 mins at 350 degrees, then uncovered for another 30 minutes.
