PIONEER VEGETABLE SOUP
- 1 can Beef Broth
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Sliced Carrots
- 3 cups Diced Potatoes
- 1 cup Diced Celery
- 1 can (15 1/2 oz) can Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp. White Pepper
- 3-4 Bouillon Cubes (or equal amt. Beef Base)
- 1 pound lean Round Steak, cut into bite-sized
Put all ingredients in a slow cooker sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Makes 6 Servings – 1 1/2 cup each serving
