Ingredients

  • 6 oz Pisco
  • 2 oz fresh key lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 ice cubes

Directions

  • Blend for 30 seconds in a blender, or cocktail shaker.
  • Serve in a cocktail glass garnished with 2 drops of bitters on top.

Notes

A traditional Peruvian drink, made with their national liquor.
