1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz) cans pizza sauce
1 (4oz) can sliced mushrooms & liquid
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 cups rotini, cooked & drained
2/3 cup milk
2 cups shredded mozeralla cheese
Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in pizza sauce, undrained mushrooms, oregano, garlic salt. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Combine rotini & milk. In a 2 qt. casserole, layer half of each of the meat & rotini mixture and cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
