PIZZA CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Classico Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1 oz. Ricotta Cheese (part skim milk)
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 serving Butterball Turkey Pepperoni
  • 8 oz. (two 4 oz) boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Slices Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss Cheese

Directions

  • 1. Preheat oven 350
  • 2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and garlic powder
  • 3. Lather with marinara/pasta sauce
  • 4. Spread ricotta over top of sauce
  • 5. Place cheese slice on top
  • 6. Place pepperoni on top
  • 7. Bake 20-25 until cooked
