Pizza Egg Muffins

Serves 12 | Prep Time 3 | Cook Time 10

Ingredients

12 eggs
1/2 chopped mixed bell peppers
40 slices of pepperoni cut into pieces
1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning
2 crushed garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
12slice of American cheese (one for each muffin)


1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


2.Whip the eggs up with the garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning in a large bowl.


3.Mix in the bell peppers and pepperoni.


4.Pour into either silicone muffin bake-ware or greased tin muffin pan.


5.Cook for 10 minutes


6.Place cheese on each muffin and then cook for an additional 15 minutes.
