I got this recipe from a friend and fell in love the first time I ate it. I would imagine it to be a hit with kids as well.


  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3 1/2 ounces pepperoni
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (14oz) jar pizza sauce
  • 3 cups rotini, cooked
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese


  • In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat. Drain grease. Add tomato sauce, pizza sauce and tomato paste; mix well. In a slow cooker layer pasta, beef mixture, pepperoni and cheese. Cover and cook on low 2 hours or until heated through. DO NOT COOK ALL DAY! Cheese will form in to a hard inedible crust (lesson learned).
