Why I Love This Recipe

Pizza sauce shouldn't be complicated and this one hits the spot to as close to pizzaria style as you can get...or at least to my taste. Simple, easy and ready in a flash!

Try Larry's (coldhitz) Dough for the Masses: ( http://www.bakespace.com/index.php?mode=listing&act=show&lst_id=24138 ).

It makes a great crust and I just throw all the ingredients in my bread machine under DOUGH cycle...works perfect every time!

Ingredients You'll Need

1 (28 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. dried oregano

Directions

Puree the tomatoes, garlic and oregano in a blender. Pour into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes (do not boil).
