PIZZARIA PIZZA SAUCE

- 1 (28 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
Puree the tomatoes, garlic and oregano in a blender. Pour into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes (do not boil).

It makes a great crust and I just throw all the ingredients in my bread machine under DOUGH cycle...works perfect every time!
