Notes

Pizza sauce shouldn't be complicated and this one hits the spot to as close to pizzaria style as you can get...or at least to my taste. Simple, easy and ready in a flash!

Try Larry's (coldhitz) Dough for the Masses: ( http://www.bakespace.com/index.php?mode=listing&act=show&lst_id=24138 ).

It makes a great crust and I just throw all the ingredients in my bread machine under DOUGH cycle...works perfect every time!

I tried this sauce and it is great! Thanks zina

Thanks for sharing. This sounds so good and so simple. I will certainly try this sauce with my next pizza.
